ICASS’2023 reserves the right to change, amend, add, or remove any of the above Terms & Conditions in its sole discretion and without prior notice. If one or more of the conditions outlined in these Terms & Conditions should become invalid, the remaining conditions will continue to be valid and apply. These Terms & Conditions apply to all event participants (attendees, speakers and sponsors).
The views expressed by any event attendee, speaker, or sponsor are not necessarily those of ICASS’2023. All attendees, speakers, and sponsors are solely responsible for the content of all individual presentations.
- Conference Cancellation, Change and Refund Policy:
If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, they may substitute, by arrangement with the ICASS'2023 secretariat secretariat@icass2023.org, someone else to attend in their place.
If a registrant is unable to attend and provided that the ICASS'2023 committee has been informed in writing to registration@icass2023.org by the final date for payment (31 October 2023), the following refund policy applies:

On or before 31 August 2023 – full refund minus a handling fee of RM 200.

1 September 2023 to 31 October 2023 – 50% refund minus a handling fee of RM 200.

On or after 1 November 2023 – no refund.
For cancellation of registration, the paper will not be published in the Conference Proceedings.

- Health and Safety Information
ICASS’2023 is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment to all participants, including staff and vendors. ICASS’2023 has no tolerance for discrimination, harassment, or bullying during ICASS’2023. Participants are expected to adhere to these principles and respect the rights of others.
- Credential/badge scanning during the event
ICASS’2023 event sponsors, exhibitors, and other third parties may directly request your personal information at their exhibit booths or presentations. Providing your information to them is optional, and you should review their privacy policies to address your needs and concerns about how they will treat your personal information.
Suppose during the event, you attend a session or program hosted by an exhibitor other than ICASS’2023. In that case, you understand and agree that when you present your badge for scanning or when you provide personal data, that information will go to a non-ICASS’2023 entity, and ICASS’2023 takes no responsibility for how that company uses your personal information.
