Abstract/Paper Submission

• The full paper template can be downloaded here.
• The conference papers submitted to ICASS’2023 will be compiled into a Scopus-indexed Proceedings with ISBN, edited by Prof. SL Chan and Prof. HH Lau, tentatively to be published by HKISC. 
• Selected papers with outstanding quality will be published in a Special Issue in IJASC http://ascjournal.com/.
• Selected papers (with the authors’ consent for APC) are eligible to be published in an Open Access Special Issue "Engineering Disaster Prevention and Mitigation: Challenges to Civil Infrastructure Sustainability" in Sustainability - https://www.mdpi.com/journal/sustainability/special_issues/3085153WP6

One-Day Keynotes Participation

The payment methods will be clearly shown on the registration page and communicated with the participants after abstract/paper submission in Oxford Abstracts.

Conference Cancellation, Change and Refund Policy:

If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, they may substitute, by arrangement with the ICASS'2023 secretariat secretariat@icass2023.org, someone else to attend in their place. 

If a registrant is unable to attend and provided that the ICASS'2023 committee has been informed in writing to registration@icass2023.org by the final date for payment (31 October 2023), the following refund policy applies:

• On or before 31 August 2023 – full refund minus a handling fee of RM 200.
• 1 September 2023 to 31 October 2023 – 50% refund minus a handling fee of RM 200.
• On or after 1 November 2023 – no refund.

For cancellation of registration, the paper will not be published in the Conference Proceedings.
